My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, close to Shinjuku station and surrounded by great dining options, but the rooms didn't meet our expectations of a Love Hotel and had a lingering cigarette smell. The service was attentive and discreet, although the staff seemed to work long hours.
